Founder & Clinical Director
Lauren Duek founded XYZ ABA Therapy to provide individualized ABA services for children with autism and their families. As Clinical Director, she oversees our clinical programs and supports our team of BCBAs and ABA therapists throughout Union County, NJ.

Dr. Gregg Conrad
Director of Operations & Strategy
Dr. Gregg Conrad earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University (NYU) and has over 35 years of experience as a dentist and successful practice owner in Midtown Manhattan.
With decades of experience leading and managing a healthcare practice, Dr. Conrad brings valuable expertise in operations, leadership, and strategic planning to XYZ ABA Therapy. His experience helps support the organization's growth and its commitment to providing quality care for children and families.
Lois Friedman
Senior ABA Therapist
Lois Friedman brings years of experience in education and a passion for helping children learn and grow. She earned her undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and her Master’s Degree in Education from Stony Brook University.
Before joining XYZ ABA Therapy, Lois worked in public schools and preschool classrooms in New York. She believes every child learns differently and enjoys helping children develop new skills, build confidence, and celebrate their achievements.
Dana Cohen
Clinical Care Coordinator
Dana Cohen brings experience in education and management, along with a passion for helping children. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Management from the University of Massachusetts Boston and previously worked as a lead teacher at a private school for children ages 3 through kindergarten.
At XYZ ABA Therapy, Dana coordinates care by connecting families with therapists and helping ensure services run smoothly. Her background in education and management allows her to support families with understanding and care.
